The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is fully furnished. It is a walk up building with a secure door and buzzer system.
When you enter the apartment there is a small hall area with the bathroom off to the left.
The kitchen area is separated from the living area by an eat at counter with two stools. It is equipped with a fridge/freezer, a stove with burners, pots and pans will be provided as will dishes, coffee maker.
The living area has a queen size futon framed for sitting, a TV with cable and DVD player.
The bedroom is furnished with a double size bed, a bedside stand, 1 dresser and a sit at table which can be used as a desk.
The bathroom has a tub with shower head and a sink.
Sheets, towels and linens are provided.
There are two A/C units for the apartment, 1 in the bedroom and one in kitchen area window. There is a ceiling fan and small portable fan.
The premises are equipped with wireless interenet connection.
Located between Houston and Prince (hip stores and restaurants galore)
Accessible to the 6 train, at Bleecker Street stop
N, R trains at Prince Street stop
B, D, F, V trains at Broadway/Lafayette Streets stop.
