Location: New York City -Tribeca - Hudson Street at the corner of Chambers Street
Size: four-bedroom loft 2 bath approximately 2200 square feet
Building: Right in Tribeca, the location is good to enjoy Downtown Manhattan, its nightlife, galleries and shopping. It's a prewar walk-up building with a buzzer system.
Interior: The loft has been converted into a four-bedroom apartment with a large living area, an open kitchen, hard wood floor and high ceilings.
Walking through a little hallway, you enter the huge living area. The whole atmosphere is very eclectic and very charming. There is a coffee table surrounded by a white sofa and two chairs. There is a television with cable channels and a DVD player. There is also a stereo. There is a cat in the apartment, but not during rentals.
In the left corner is the open kitchen, equipped with all necessities, likes a dishwasher, microwave, a fridge, a coffee maker and a toaster. Next to the open kitchen is the dinning table for four people.
Bathroom 1 is artful. The walls are entirely designed in green with little roses hanging all over. In the middle of the room is an antique bathtub and to your right are the toilet and the sink. There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom.
The first bedroom has a double bed, TV with cable and a desk. The room is extremely bright, because of the windows facing two directions and offering a view of West Broadway and Hudson Street. There is a table and a closet for clothing. This bedroom has a private bathroom that includes a tiled shower, a sink and a w/c.
The second bedroom is spacious and includes a double bed, a large desk and A/C. The room has plenty of storage space and a TV with cable.
The third bedroom is connected via the second bedroom but has a door that closes to make it private. The room has a TV with cable, single sized bed and storage space.
The fourth bedroom is small and is connected to the living room via French doors. There is a single sized bed as well as a small loft. There is a desk.
Bathroom 2 is has an eclectic style and is quite spacious. There is a large tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity. There is also a washer and dryer provided.
Neighborhood: Tribeca has in recent years become popular and fashionable for its shopping and fine dining as well as casual restaurants. The apartment is located within walking distance to Soho, Chinatown and the World Trade Center.
Transportation: 1,2,3 trains at Chambers Street and West Broadway
