Two furnished bedrooms available in a completely renovated (2001) private home, located on Troy Avenue between Avenue D and Foster Avenue in Brooklyn. The first floor consists of a large living room with a dining area, a separate kitchen -- fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, built-in microwave, toaster and coffeemaker -- and a small bathroom. The staircase in the living room leads to the second floor where the rooms to rent are located. At the end of the staircase is bedroom #2, which measures 130 square feet and has a window facing the backyard. It has a single bed and a closet. At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom (bedroom #1), which measures approximately 196 square feet and has three windows facing the street. The room is equipped with two single beds and a large closet. Bedroom #3 has a double size bed, a desk and a closet. Bedroom #4 is a cozy small room with a large window, full of natural sunlight. The room is furnished with two daybeds, chest of drawers, club chair and television with cable. French doors with a lock and a curtain on the inside of the room give plenty of privacy. Every bedroom has a TV. The bathroom contains a tub, a separate shower, a sink and a second toilet. This apartment is perfect for medical residents working at Brookdale Hospital, Kings County Hospital, Brooklyn Hospital, Brooklyn College, Downstate University or LIU. It is also near Kings Highway Shopping Mall. Attractions Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, library, museum, Prospect Park. Public transportation is convenient with the 2 and 5 trains at Newkirk Avenue. Bus B8 is right half a block in front of the house and about 4 minute ride to subway station.
