Location: Washington Square Park,
Size: 1Bedrooms, 1 baths, approximately 1000 square feet
Building: In the heart of Greenwich Village, on historic Washington Square, this apartment is located in a maintained pre-war building.This full-service building, dating from the 30's, has a lobby and a coin-operated laundry in the basement.
Interior: When you enter into the apartment, there is the dining room and the kitchen. The dining room is furnished with a table with 3 chairs. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer and a stove. Pots and pans are provided. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a TV with only basic channels (1-13). There is as well another sofa with a coffee table. The bedroom is furnished with a double size bed and there is a desk. There are some closets space. Sheets, towels and linens are provided. The bathroom has a shower/tub protected by a plastic curtain.
There is NO A/C unit in the apartment.
Neighborhood: Washington Square is in every New York City guide book. It is famous for its chess players, musicians and performance artists. Located in the heart of Greenwich Village, the apartment is surrounded by restaurants which cater to every taste, jazz clubs, coffee houses, gourmet food stores and boutiques of every kind.
Other: The apartment is very conveniently located for public transportation of all kinds. Subway stations for all the major lines are two blocks away and taxis can be hailed at any time.
