This apartment is located on 32nd Street between 5th Avenue and Madison Avenue in the heart of Midtown. It is a studio apartment located on the 12th floor of a high-rise building with part-time doorman (6 p.m. - 2 am). The apartment has a size of 325 square feet.
Lightly and contemporarily furnished the apartment has hardwood floors. The apartment is centrally air-conditioned. It has a Queen size dining table and chairs. Color/cable TV, VCR, Stereo, Telephone/answering machine. There is also a fully equipped open kitchen.
The apartment is very homey and cozy and a good place for people who want to be in the center of New York. Located in the Midtown East, this apartment is situated at the hub of Manhattan's most sophisticated and most sought-after areas. There are landmark New York buildings nearby which includes the metal tipped tower of the Chrysler building, the enormous Met Life building which punctuates the wide expanse of Park Avenue, and the famous modernist slab of the United Nations building. The numerous boutiques, specialty stores and antique shops cater for people with a taste for quality goods.
Accessing public transport in Manhattan is rarely a problem. Several subway lines stop at 34th Street/Broadway, only a few blocks from the apartment. New York's famous yellow taxis can be hailed anywhere at any hour of the day or night.
