This 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a postwar building with an elevator and State-of-the-art video intercom system that enhances building security. The building features the following amenities:

- Exclusive use of finished roof terrace on the penthouse level, great for outdoor parties
- Centralized laundry facility
The apartment itself is spacious measuring over 600 square feet and is covered with hardwood floors.
When you enter the apartment, you'll find a corridor leading you to the kitchen and the living-room if you take a left. Taking a right you'll find the master bedroom and the bathroom. The guest bedroom is right at the entrance.
The open kitchen is modern with maple cabinetry, granite countertops, marble floors, and 2004 GE appliances such as a refrigerator, a microwave, a range and dishwasher. There is a wooden table with four high chairs.
The telephone is in the kitchen and all rooms have telephone jack's
The living-room is modernly furnished with a white sofa and white armchairs. There is a TV. Through the sliding glass doors in the living room you can access a private terrace with wood deck.
The master bedroom is about 150 square feet and is right next to the bathroom. It is furnished with a double size bed.
The guest bedroom has a single size bed, a bureau and a TV. There is a large closet for you and there is a window offering in sunlight during the daytime.
The marble tiled bathroom is clean and is modern. The bathroom has a shower, tub, WC, sink and mirrored medicine cabinet.
You will greatly enjoy this beautiful apartment.
A block away from Central Park where you will find fields, trails, jogging and cycling paths, woods, ponds, a boating lake, formal gardens and a zoo. During the summer, the park hosts free concerts and plays, swimming and tennis; during the winter, a skating rink. Along the eastern edge of the park, also a few steps away from the apartment you find the "Museum Mile". This 20-block stretch of Fifth Avenue is home to New York's best and most famous museums the most prominent being the vast Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Also just minutes away are the cultural outposts of countries and cultures around the worlds, among other the Asia Society, the China Institute, the Alliance Francaise, the Spanish Institute, and the Goethe Institute.
