Location: Midtown East, on 51st street between 1st and 2nd Ave. Close to the 6 train at 51st street and Lexington.
Building: Pre war building with full time doorman, laundry facilities and elevator.
Interior: The apartment is located on the 7th floor. This lovely fully furnished studio. The apartment is very bright, clean and quiet. It has hard wood floors.

The living room has a large sofa that open ups to a queen size bed, a coffee table, a large cabinet with a TV and VCR. Cable can be installed on the tenant's name. There is a dining table with chairs.
The kitchen is small but well equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, toaster, dishware and plenty of pots and pans.
The main bathroom has a shower/tub and is very clean.
Electricity and cable should be installed in tenant's name.
