One bedroom apartment in the Upper East Side
This one bedroom apartment is located on the line between the Upper East Side and Mid-Town East.

The owner will need the apartment on every Tuesday at 10:00 until Wednesday at 11am to teach, and the renter will have to vacate overnight..

The apartment is a nice sized one bedroom on the fifth floor of a walk-up.

The living room includes a new sofa, a dining table with two chairs and an entertainment center. The entertainment center includes a TV, VCR and is connected to cable. The room is air-conditioned. The living room is quiet because it faces the back courtyard.

The kitchen is an open set-up and faces the living room. There is a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster. There are plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils for the guest to use.

The bathroom is located in the hall leading to the bedroom. There is a tub with shower, a W/C and a sink with vanity.

The bedroom is located at the front of the apartment and the windows face out to 60th street. The room is surprisingly quiet because of its 5th floor location and the new windows, which are double, pained and block out at least half of the noise. The room has a full sized bed, a large walk in closet, which is for the guest and a small desk. There is a TV that can be used for videos (VHS). The owner also provides cable access.

The location of the apartment is ideal, just 1 block from the 59th and Lexington Avenue stop, which has access to the N,R,W,4,5,6 trains. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood and shopping choices include Bloomingdale's, Bed Bath and Beyond and the smaller Fifth Avenue shops.
