This brownstone building is located on the heart of Soho on Thompson Street. It is a walk up building.
There is an inter-phone and digital code buzzer.
When you enter the apartment, there is the open kitchen is equipped with a fridge/ freezer, a stove with burners, a dishwasher. Pots and pans will be provided.
THe living room has a couch, a coffee table and a cable TV with DVD. There is a high speed internet connection.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. There are 2 bedside tables and a dresser. There is an A/C for the entire apartment. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a dresser.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a sink/vanity.
There is a public laundry and shops with daily necessities a few blocks away. Transportation is good with buses, cabs and subway lines 4, 5 and 6 that are nearby.
