Beautiful studio located in Chelsea
|
This studio is perfectly designed to receive guests. It is beautifully decorated and was constructed newly from 2004.
The large living area is about 350 square feet and has a lovely wood floor. The room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a pull out sofa and a dining table for four people. There is an entertainment center that contains a cable TV, DVD player and a stereo system. There is also wireless Internet access available and a telephone line. The room features 2 floor to ceiling windows, which provide plenty of views of the other buildings on the street. The windows include blinds, which can be opened from the top or bottom, and there is an A/C in one of the windows.
The kitchen is open to the living room and is a nice kitchenette. There is a 2-burner countertop range, a microwave/convection oven and a small under counter refrigerator and freezer. All of the necessary dishes, utensils, pots and pans are provided.
The apartment has 2 nice closets. The first includes shelves and hanging spaces. There is a small washer and dryer combination in the closet that can do small loads. The second includes 2 additional folding chairs for the table and additional closet space.
The bathroom is expansive for New York and is close to 100 square feet in size. There is a nice tub/shower, a W/C and a sink with vanity. A nice wooden shelf is provided for storage of toiletries and towels.
The apartment is located in the neighborhood of Chelsea in Midtown. There is easy access to the subways, on 8th, 7th, 6th Avenues and Broadway. There are many restaurants in Chelsea, as it has become a popular neighborhood with artists and midtown workers. This block of 26th street is mostly commercial.
