One bedroom in a townhouse in The Upper West Side
|
This one bedroom apartment is located on a nice tree lined block in The Upper West Side. The 71st street location makes it convenient to all activities on The Upper West Side as well as the 1,2,3 express subway at 72nd street 2 minutes away.
The apartment is located on the third floor of the building and faces rearward (northerly).
When entering the apartment you are in the spacious living room, which is furnished with a comfortable sofa that converts to a full sized sleeper couch, as well as a coffee table, a storage dresser and a dining table. A TV and stereo are provided. There are two large windows that let in plenty of light. They view out to the garden of the downstairs neighbor.
The bedroom is furnished with a desk, a large mirror and plenty of closet space on the lower level. There is a loft bed in the room with a ladder, which leads to the mattress. The bed is queen sized. Sheets are provided for both beds. This room has one large window.
All of the floors in the bedroom, living room and kitchen are beautiful refinished wood.
The kitchen has been refinished in 2005 and includes stainless steel appliances. There is a gas stove, a small dishwasher, a refrigerator and a microwave all in the stainless finish. The apartment is equipped with basic cooking utensils and dishes. The counter is granite.
The bathroom has also been refinished in 2005. It includes a modern pedestal sink, a toilet and a shower with Jacuzzi tub. There is a glass shower door and a nice showerhead.
The apartment is located in the Upper West Side on a relatively quiet side street between Broadway and Columbus Avenues. The apartment is close to great shopping on Broadway including gourmet delis, the shops at Columbus Circle and many local shops on Broadway.
There is entertainment available at Lincoln Center and restaurants can be found on Amsterdam Avenue, Broadway and Columbus Avenue.
