This nicely furnished one bedroom apartment is located in a building in the heart of Midtown. The location lends itself to enjoying the midtown tourist sites, shopping and restaurants.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor and is full furnished. The building offers a part-time doorman and a laundry room in the basement.
The living room area is furnished full and includes a pullout sofa, a coffee table and an entertainment center that includes a TV with cable and a DVD player. There is also a stereo included. There is also a dining table in the living room.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed a night table and a dresser.
The bathroom is standard including a tub/shower, a w/c and a sink.
The kitchen is open to the living room and includes a stove and refrigerator. There is a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave provided. Also the basic pots, pans, utensils and dinnerware are provided.
The location is phenomenal. The Empire State Building is less then five minutes away. Shopping in the area is abundant with Lord and Taylor's flagship store located just blocks away on Fifth Avenue and Macy's flagship store located block away at Herald Square. The subway access is close as well. The 6 train is available at 33rd street and Park Avenue and the B,D,F,V,N,R,W,Q trains are available at Herald Square (34th Street and 6th Avenue).
