Cathedral Parkway on the NW corner of Central Park West
This one bedroom apartment is located in a great location along Central Park West and 110th Street. The building offers a garden in the back and plentiful amenities including a 24-hour doorman and large new laundry room.
The apartment is about 700 square feet in size and includes a living room with semi-opened kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom.
The living room is nicely furnished and includes a comfortable sofa and several easy chairs. There is a small dining table, which could seat up to four if pulled out from the wall. The room is air-conditioned and has a large window, which looks out to the south towards Central Park's northwest corner.
The attached kitchen includes all of the essentials and more. There is a dishwasher, microwave, blender, juice machine, an Italian stovetop espresso machine and toaster. There is a full set of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils.
The 1st bedroom also offers a nice view of the park and includes a full sized bed. There is a large 48" plasma flat panel television, which is connected to cable and Internet. There is a large closet in the bedroom available as well as closets in the hallway.
The second bedroom has a single bed, TV with cable and desk.
The bathroom is fairly standard and includes a tub/shower, a sink and a w/c.
The apartment is located in a budding neighborhood on the north end of the Upper West Side. There are many new restaurants and cafes all around and a large gourmet supermarket is just across the street. The subway is very convenient. Just outside the building is the B, and C train which runs on 8th and 6th Avenues in midtown and the 7th Avenue line, with the 1 and 9 trains, is conveniently located just 2 blocks away at Broadway. By walking a couple of blocks, you can also catch the Express No. 2 train.
