Large studio loft in a Historic Greenpoint loft building
|
This studio is located in an old postal building in the historic section of Greenpoint at the intersection of Greenpoint and Manhattan Avenues. The G train is a 2 minute walk away and there are plenty of restaurants and small stores in the area.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building, which has been completely renovated in August 2005 and includes everything from a new staircase to a new buzzer entry system.
The apartment is a large open space with at least 14 foot ceilings. There is one large room of about 900 square feet, which is the kitchen, living room and bedroom space. There is a bed, sectional sofa and dining table in the living area. There is ample room left over for using the space as an art studio.
The kitchen is brand new and includes a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. There is a full set of dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
The bathroom is brand new and nicely tiled. There is a full shower and tub, W/C and sink with a vanity.
The floors of the apartment are wood and the ceiling is exposed beams, which have been refinished to their original beauty.
