This one bedroom apartment is located in the Kensington, Windsor Terrace area of Brooklyn near the F train.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of the elevator building.
The apartment is divided in to 2 main spaces plus the bathroom and the kitchen.
The living room area is quite large, about 400 square feet in size. It is fully furnished and includes a large dining table, a sofa, and a coffee table. It also includes a stereo and a phone in the living room. At the back of the living room there is a small office area that includes a desk with chair and another small table.
The bedroom is furnished with a full sized bed. There is a large cabinet that can be used for storage but also contains the TV and VCR. There is plenty light in the room because it has windows on two sides. There are two spacious closets in the bedroom.
The bathroom is located next to the bedroom. It is a brand new fully renovated bathroom. There are a tub/shower, a sink with medicine cabinet and a toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, range, coffee maker and toaster. There is a full set of pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
The building is located on Ocean Parkway, one of the main roads to Coney Island. The closest train stop at Fort Hamilton Parkway is a short walk away. The closest shopping areas are Coney Island Avenue and Church Avenue. The trip to Manhattan is about 30 minutes.
