Studio on Tudor City Place near The UN

This studio is located in Tudor City Place just steps from the U.N. The apartment is a small studio with a kitchenette. It offers views of the East River out its southeast facing windows.
The living area is furnished with a trundle bed, which has two single beds, which are set on a low frame so that one bed may be rolled under the other bed. There is also a dining table, which folds and can be expanded to seat 4 people and 2 comfortable chairs. There are also 2 spacious closets. Internet access is provided.
The kitchenette is basic and includes a sink, small euro style fridge, a two-burner stove, a microwave and basic dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
The bathroom includes a w/c, sink with vanity and tub/shower.
The apartment is located on the 17th floor offering a nice view and less noise. The building has a Tudor style lobby in conjunction of the theme of the street. There are 4 elevators. The building has a 24hr doorman. The roof deck with views of the city is only available in the summer. There is a small park across from the building. There is a gym, which is accessible for a fee in the neighboring building, and laundry is available in the basement.
The location is convenient to midtown, the UN, and Grand Central Terminal. There are several restaurants along 2nd avenue and shopping is close by on Lexington and 5th Avenues. The closest subway access is the Grand Central Terminal subway stop, which has access to the 4,5,6,7,S trains.
