Nice studio in the East Village
|
This spacious studio in the East Village is located in a luxury building with a part-time doorman from 9 am to 5 pm and includes the use of a large roof terrace and a gym.
The apartment is about 500 square feet and includes a large living space, a modern kitchen, bathroom and large walk-in closet.
The living room is furnished with a couch, a queen sized bed, and a TV with cable, VCR and DVD player. There is no stereo but there is a connection for an IPOD. The living room gets plenty of light from it southern exposure and features a private balcony just off the room. The terrace has a small table and there are six chairs, which can be used with the inside or outside table.
The kitchen space is modern and features stainless and black appliances. There is a stove, dishwasher, and large refrigerator. There is also a coffee maker, toaster and microwave provided. Dishes are provided for 6 and there are plenty of pots, pans and utensils. There is a dining table in the kitchen, which can be used as a desk; the owner provides a nice desk chair to be used at this table.
The bathroom is modern and includes stone floors and countertop. There is a w/c, a tub/shower and a sink with vanity.
There is a washer/dryer in the apartment.
Across from the bathroom is a large walk-in closet with built-in shelves and hanging racks.
The apartment is located in the East Village just West of Tompkins Square Park. The L train is the closet subway at 1st Avenue and 14th Street.
