The 600 square foot apartment is on the 33rd floor and has lots of windows, making for an abundance of light and a spectacular view of Uptown Manhattan and the East River. The entire apartment has hardwood floors.
This apartment is ideal for the working New Yorker or for people who come into town for a couple of months for either business or holiday. It has a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove with an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffeemaker, a dishwasher and a refrigerator/freezer. The living room has a sofa, a dining table with four chairs, a relaxing chair, a stereo and a plasma TV. The large bedroom comes with a king-size bed, a recliner and plenty of closet space.
