Four bedroom duplex loft in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

This is a huge four bedroom apartment in Greenpoint, Brooklyn (1 stop from Grand Central station).
The lower level of the apartment is made up of 3 bedrooms and one bathroom.
The upper level has one more bedroom, the open living area, kitchen and an additional bathroom.
The living room is fully equipped with a sofa, TV, dining table and china cabinet. The large space features big windows with views of downtown Manhattan.
The kitchen is open to the living room and has a stove, sink built into a marble toped counter space and double door refrigerator.
The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower, w/c and sink with mirror.
All 4 bedrooms have a full sized bed, a closet with both hanging space and shelves and a ceiling fan. All bedrooms also have at least one window.
The second bathroom has a tub/shower, w/c and sink with mirror.
There is a balcony outside the apartment that is available.
There are entrances on both floors and the floors are also connected by a spiral staircase.
Neighborhood: Greenpoint is the newest artist neighborhood in the city. The neighborhood houses people from the art, film, and fashion industries, with an increasing amount of young professionals. There are new restaurants, bars, and health food stores within a 5 minute walk at the intersection of Greenpoint and Manhattan Avenues.
The closest subways are the G train at Greenpoint and Manhattan Avenues and the 7 train at Vernon Jackson Avenues.
