The one bedroom NYC apartment has two entrance doors, one that is accessed from the stairs and the other from the elevator. Head 2 blocks east of the apartment to the intersection of Broadway and 5th Avenue, both thoroughfares lined with fashion boutiques and specialty stores, and visit the iconic Flatiron Building. Academic institutions in the vicinity include the Fashion Institute of Technology and New York University. You can easily walk to adjacent neighborhoods like the Garment District, the Flatiron District, the Meatpacking District and the West Village.
