This studio is located in the Upper West side in a historic townhouse building. The apartment is on the second (parlor) floor and features high ceilings, which have enabled it to have a lofted bed area.
The living room is furnished with a dining table, a double futon and TV. The living room has wood floors, a bay window and open access tot he kitchen.
The loft area has a double sized mattress on the floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove, refrigerator and basic dishes, pots, pans and utensils.
The bathroom has a sink with vanity, tub/shower and w/c.
The apartment is located in the Upper West Side a short walk from Central Park and Subway lines on Broadway and Central Park West.
