This 3 bedrooms apartment is located on the second floor of a newly constructed building in Bedford Stuyvesant in Brooklyn.
The apartment has hard wood floors and has modern furniture and new appliances. It faces north and south and it has a balcony.
The living room is furnished with a double size sofa bed, armchairs, a television set wtih cable channels, DVD, VCR players, coffee table and dining table with four chairs.
The kitchen is open into the living room area and if equipped with modern new appliances and the necessary items to cook.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king size bed, a dresser and closet. This bedroom has its own private bathroom, which is equipped with a bath tub with shower, w/c and a sink. Linens and towels are provided.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser and closet. Linens are provided.
Bedroom 3 is furnished with a double bed, dresser, desk and closet. Linens are provided.
Bathroom 2 is equipped with a bath tub with shower, w/c and sink. Towels are provided.
Bedford Stuyvesant is an upcoming area of Brooklyn. There are shops and supermarkets along Norstrand Avenue and subway is several blocks away.
