This one bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a doorman, elevator building right next to Central Park.
The apartment is spacious, it has plenty closets, a balcony facing south, with a view of Central Park and plenty of sunlight.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with pots, pans, microwave, refrigerator and all necessary items to cook.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, comfortable chairs, bookcases, a flat screen television with cable channels and a stereo system.
High speed internet access is available and included, as well as a telephone with local access.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser and a spacious closet. There is a telephone with local access in the bedroom.
The bathroom is fully equipped with with bathtub/shower and towels are provided.
The laundry room is located in the basement of the building and there are many washing machines and dryers available. There is also a gym, which is only available for rentals over thirty days.
The subway station is right outside the entrance of this building. Only one to three blocks away you can find restaurants, supermarkets and many different stores. It is a very nice area and convenient for shopping, as well as taking nice walks in Central Park.
