This one bedroom apartment is located in a pre-war elevator & full time service doorman building in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, right in front of Central Park West.
There is a coin-operated laundry in the basement for your convenience.
The living and dining room areas are furnished with a round dining table with chairs, sofas, bookshelves, coffee table and a flat screen television set with cable channels. There are 3 windows overlooking Central Park.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, closets and dressers. Linens are provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub with shower, w/c and sink. Towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary items to cook.
Right in front of Central Park, there is immediate access to a lake, picnic areas, public swimming pool, jogging paths and children's playgrounds within the park. This is a residential neighborhood that houses many architecturally interesting prewar buildings. The Cathedral of Saint John the Divine and Morning Side Park are a couple of blocks away. There are grocery stores and other convenience shops located in the near perimeter.
The building is conveniently located near subway trains (#2 & #3 and B & D) and bus transportation M20 and 96th cross-town.
