This one bedroom apartment is located on the top floor of a high-rise building, with elevator and full time doorman in Midtown East. The building is equipped with a roof sun deck and laundry facilities.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, dining table with chairs, a desk, television with cable channels, VCR and DVD players and telephone.
The bedroom has a large window and is furnished with a double size bed with a bedside table, dresser a spacious closet. Linens are provided.
The kitchen is separate and is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a gas cooking range, a microwave, a dishwasher and a toaster.
