This one bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a luxury 24 hour doorman, elevator building.
The living room is furnished with a double size sofa bed, coffee table, chairs and a flat screen television with cable channles.
The kitchen is separate with a window opening into the living room. It has granite counter top where you can eat, sitting on the stools. It is equipped with a sub-zero refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and all necessary items to cook.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub with shower, w/c and sink. It has marble wall and floor tile. Towels are provided.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, side table and a spacious closet. Linens are provided.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine with dryer. High speed internet is availble.
This luxury building is right accross from the Hudson River, near parks with jogging and bicycle trails. The building has a gym, library, party room and a theatre. There is also a storage room in the basement.
A few blocks away there are lots of stores, coffee shops, supermarkets, movie theatres, restaurants and the subway station, where you can catch the number 1 train.
