One Bedroom Artist Loft in Williamsburg

This large loft space in Williamsburg is located on the second floor of a townhouse. It is divided into two spaces:
The bedroom/office area is in the back of the house, facing a garden and lots of trees and plants. It is furnished with a queen size bed, spacious closet, dresser, desk, large table which can be used for photography or drawing. Linens are provided.
The kitchen is open into the living room and is equipped with all necessary items to cook.
The living room area is furnished with a sofa, flat television with cable channels, VHS player, stereo with DVD player and dining table with chairs.
The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower, a w/c and sink with vanity.
This loft apartment has many windows which allow lots of sunlight into the apartment.
There is wireless internet service.
Williamsburg is a trendy area which artists from around the world have chosen to settle. That is the reason why there are many work/live spaces and art studios. In the area there are many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, laundry, supermarkets, night clubs and shops. The J,M,Z trains stop at Hewes Avenue just 2 blocks away and the L train is a bit farther at the Lorimer Street station.
