This three bedroom apartment is located in a house in a residential street of Sunset Park in Brooklyn. The apartment is on 2 floors and it has one loft bedroom.
On the second floor there is a large living room furnished with sofas, coffee table, television and dining table with chairs. From the living room there is access to a terrace and a garden.
The kitchen is next to the living room and is fully equipped with all necessary items to cook.
On the third floor there are two bedrooms: bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, desk with chair and closet; bedroom 2 is furnished with a double bed, dresser, desk with chair and closet. Linens are provided
Next to the bedrooms there is a large bathroom equipped with a bath tub with shower, 2 sinks, w/c and a bidet. Towels are provided.
Bedroom 3 is located on a loft above bedrom 2 and it is furnished with a double bed, dresser, desk with chair and closet. Linens are provided.
This apartment is in a private house and downstairs there is only one other apartment. The garden is shared with the lower apartment. Wireless internet is available.
Sunset Park is a residential neighborhood of Brooklyn located at approximately 30 minutes from Manhattan by Subway. On Fourth Avenue you can find all kind of stores.
Transportation: R train on 53rd Street.
