This building is a landmark tenement building, formerly used by the workers of the East River shipping industry. The apartment is lined with hardwood floors and has windows throughout. The main living room is fully furnished and is air-conditioned. It features a sofa and a flat screen television complete with DVD player. In front of the windows and next to the kitchen, there is a table that seats four. Nex to the main living room, there is a small study with a long desk and two chairs.
