This 3-bedroom fully furnished apartment is located on the ground and first floors of a historical 5-story brownstone in the Upper West Side in New York City. There is a security system at the entry of the building and a laundry room in the basement of the apartment. An enclosed garden with patio furniture and manicured greenry is found in the back.
This apartment is 2000 square feet and fully furnished with antique and modern furniture; hardwood floors line the bedrooms and living room. The living room features a decorative fireplace and matching woodwork on the windows and entryway. An HDTV with cable and a DVD player are included. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a single-sized bed, a closet, shelving and a desk with chair. Bedroom 2 is similarly furnished with a double bed, a closet, shelving and desk with chair. These two bedrooms share bathroom 1, which has both a shower and a bathtub (separate from eachother), as well as two sinks. Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom and has a queen-sized bed, a TV with cable and VCR, and its own private bathroom (3) with marble tiling, a shower and a jacuzzi tub.
All bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the townhouse with the garden and the living room, kitchen and bathroom 2 are on the first floor (there are outdoor staire which can lead you to the garden).
Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a window with a northern exposure with a view of 72nd Street, and bedroom 3 offers a view to the south facing the garden.
