This spacious and luxurious apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a high-rise, modern building in the heart of Williamsburg. There is a 24 hour concierge, doorman service and lots of amenities in the building, such as gym, sauna, massage room, media room, children room and common terrace with breath-taking views of Manhattan.
There is also a parking garage in the building that can be requested for an extra charge.
The apartment is surrounded by a large 750 square feet terrace, equipped with lounge chairs, benches and large tables. There are hardwood floors throughout the apartment as well as exposed beams and high ceilings. Wireless Internet is available.
The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows with the view of the terrace all around. It is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and a surround sound projector with 8 feet screen which is activated by wall switch for film and television viewing.
The master bedroom (Bedroom 1 in the pictures) is furnished with a queen size bed, an antique armoire and has a walk-in closet. There is also a television set with cable channels.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen size bed and closets.
Please note that a third bedroom is locked and not available during rentals, as it is used by the owners as storage for their personal property.
The master bathroom (Bathroom 1 in the pictures) is equipped with a bathtub and a separate shower. It has the convenience of 2 sinks. Towels are provided.
Bathroom 2 is equipped with a bathtub with shower and towels are also provided.
The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all necessary items to cook.
Williamsburg is a trendy neighborhood in Brooklyn right across from Manhattan. Enjoy the many restaurants, independent shops and music venues in this area. A Duane Reade pharmacy and convenience store is just one block away, and local groceries can be found within blocks. The East River State Park is just three blocks from this furnished apartment, which offers concerts and a place to relax in the summer. The L train connects you to Manhattan in just one stop, and is found only 5 blocks away.
