This fully furnished two bedroom apartment is located in Williamsburg, a popular NYC neighborhood in northern Brooklyn, New York. The apartment occupies the ground and basement levels of a 3-story house including a backyard garden area with a terrace and patio furniture.
This apartment has two levels: the ground level, comprised of the two bedrooms, bathroom, living room which has access to the backyard garden; and the basement level (NO WINDOWS) which has a 300 SQF area that is used as a sleeping alcove. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including the convenience of a dishwasher and microwave, and has an open window overlooking the dining area. For entertainment, there is a flat screen television in the living room with a DVD player, as well as Netflix access. Wireless Internet is also available. For sleeping accommodations, there is a queen sized bed in bedroom 1, a futon in bedroom 2, and in the basement downstairs (Living Room 2 in photos and floorplan), you will find a double sized futon bed and a single size bed.
