This fully furnished two bedroom apartment is located in Williamsburg, a popular NYC neighborhood in northern Brooklyn, New York. The apartment occupies the ground and basement levels of a 3-story house including a backyard garden area with a terrace and patio furniture.
This apartment has two levels: the ground level, comprised of the two bedrooms, bathroom, living room which has access to the backyard garden; and the basement level (NO WINDOWS) which has a 300 SQF area that is used as a sleeping alcove. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including the convenience of a dishwasher and microwave, and has an open window overlooking the dining area. For entertainment, there is a flat screen television in the living room with a DVD player, as well as Netflix access. Wireless Internet is also available. For sleeping accommodations, there is a queen sized bed in bedroom 1, a futon in bedroom 2, and in the basement downstairs (Living Room 2 in photos and floorplan), you will find a double sized futon bed and a single size bed. The downstairs area is divided with bookshelves and curtains to allow a degree of privacy.
The kitchen and bathroom have windows with northern exposure, allowing in natural light and looking onto the garden area. The bedroom looks south, onto the street. PLEASE NOTE that there are no windows in the basement sleeping alcove.
