This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout and exposure.
This cozy two bedroom/one bathroom apartment is located in the Little Italy area of Manhattan on Mulberry and Grand Street. It has elevator access, approximately 700 SQF (65 SQM) and it is equipped with two bedroom, living room, bathroom and a kitchen. Conveniently, you do not have to stray far to do your laundry since there are laundry machines in the building. The rooms feature noise cancelling windows to reduce the city noise and you can hang out on the rooftop terrace providing you with great views over New York.
As you enter this hardwood floored apartment, you will be greeted by the stainless steel kitchen. It is equipped with the essentials: a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker and even a dishwasher! There are also multiple cabinets where you can store your dishes and utensils.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the white coated bathroom. It has both a shower and bathtub, accented with a large mirror above the sink and a window to bring in plenty of light and fresh air.
Stepping away from the kitchen is an intimate dining area. It has a small round table and it can seat up to four people. It is in a great location for a morning breakfast or if you’re in the mood for a late night snack. From the dining area, you can walk right into the living room. It is equipped with a leather sofa, a coffee table and a flat screen TV for your entertainment.
Bedroom #1 consists of a furnished queen-sized bed and double windows to brighten up the room and bring in plenty of natural light. There is a hardwood headboard and a matching dresser to compliment the tone of the room. There is also a small table and lamp available next to the bed for extra light exposure.
Bedroom #2 also has a furnished queen-sized bed and a dark hardwood dresser to compliment the light hardwood floors. There are decorative paintings on the white walls and a window to pour in that morning sunshine.
This two bedroom apartment is in the core of SOHO. You will be greeted by fine cafes, restaurants, boutiques and a huge selection of shopping stores! Down the block from your apartment is Sofia’s Italian Restaurant, known for its superb Italian dishes in Little Italy! Walking down towards Grand Street and Bowery, you will reach the busy and popular streets of Chinatown. There are so many shops and antique boutiques here that you can surf through a gallery of affordable and unique clothing.
To further explore Little Italy and New York City, you can take the J and Z trains on Bowery and Delancey Street, the 6, N, Q and R trains on Canal Street and Broadway and also the B and D trains on Grand Street and Chrystie Street.
Please note that the apartment is located in a lovely area and some noise can be heard at times.
