Full three bedroom in East Village
With an area of approximately 1000 square feet, this apartment has three bedrooms and one bathroom.

This quiet second floor rental is located in a prewar brownstone building in Manhattan's East Village, and faces away from noise onto the garden. There is a part-time doorman on duty, and there are laundry facilities for residents in the building.

Cool and airy, this compact rental is furnished in a contemporary style for modern living. The scattering of sunlight reflecting from the white wall surfaces and the calming effect of the blue furniture fabrics creates a haven of peace away from the dusty hustle and bustle of the city streets. The timber-floored living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table and armchairs, providing a comfortable air-conditioned space for recreation or relaxation. A phone links the occupants to the outside world, while a television with access to cable channels and a stereo provide entertainment.

In the kitchen, a low wall separates the circular dining table from the modern well-equipped cooking space, with its refrigerator, wood-paneled hanging cupboards and tiled sink area. Time saving devices include a microwave oven and dishwashing machine.

A large exotic fan lends interest to the wall above the queen size bed in the master bedroom, and the long single window provides natural lighting. The short corridor separating the bedroom from the rest of the apartment ensures extra privacy.

The vibrant youthful energy of Manhattan's East Village is deservedly famous. The streets teem with colorful stores of every description. Esoteric boutiques, bookstores, ethnic restaurants and cafes where a customer can pass the time drinking coffee or reading newspapers create a vibrant, bohemian atmosphere. The numerous dance clubs of the East Village open their doors after dark to a clientele determined to dance the night away in the city that never sleeps.

The subway station closest to the apartment building is within approximately ten minutes walking distance. Taxis can be hailed anywhere at all hours of the day or night.
