With this fully furnished two bedroom apartment, you’re right between Bedford-Stuyvesant and Crown Heights, two of Brooklyn’s most dynamic neighborhoods. Located at Decatur Street & Throop Avenue, the apartment is on the second of two floors (the third of three to Europeans) in a nineteenth century townhouse building.
With hardwood flooring and finishes around the apartment, the unit has a touch of old-school class. Please note that the living room windows do not open or provide a view. Located between Bed-Stuy and Crown Heights near the excitement of Fulton Street and Atlantic Avenue you’ll have no shortage of things to do in your new neighborhood:
- For local dining, head over to Capitoline Grounds (.2mi/270m), a coffee bar, or fill up on authentic Southern food at The Hothouse (.3mi/500m).
- To blow off steam at the end of the week, you can try out Therapy Wine Bar (.5mi/800m) or Essence Bar (.5mi/800m).
- Museum-goers can check out the Brooklyn Children’s Museum (.5mi/800m) or the expansive Brooklyn Museum (2.7km/1.8mi) next to Prospect Park (2mi/3.2km).

The apartment was pleasant, modern and well-equipped even though the windows were not easy to open and not very big. However, it was not very clean when we arrived. Regarding the quietness, we had some issues with the owners as the apartment seems to be badly soundproofed, which means that from the 3rd month, we couldn't have guests anymore. The area seemed to be very safe before but it is starting to gentrify itself thanks to the students that are moving in. We never had any particular issues. |

Great location! Very pleasant apartment, especially compared to the cost. Ideal for two even if it is possible for a third person to sleep in the big sectional sofa that converts into a bed. Owners are the best, very receptive and nice. Pleasant area with all the facilities within 100 m as well as a convenient and quite regular subway line! |
