One bedroom at Clinton Hill

With an area of approximately 400 square feet, the apartment has a one bedroom and one bathroom. This apartment is furnished in a contemporary style, and lies on the fourth floor of a brownstowne walk-up building. The apartment faces the backyard and the building's front door is kept locked at all times. Residents enter with their individual keys and visitors are admitted through an intercom / code system.
Abundant light floods the air-conditioned living room, illuminating the modern sofa, and the wooden coffee table. The hardwood floors and brick wall enhance the room's homey atmosphere. Several framed pictures are carefully hung about the crisp, brick exposed walls. A television promises hours of relaxation and entertainment.
The one bedroom apartment is comfortably furnished with a double size bed accompanied by one bedside table. There is one window facing the front. Fresh sheets are supplied. The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a four-ring gas cooker and a sink.Timber-fronted cupboards provide storage space for the kitchen utensils provided.The bathroom contains a bathtub with shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Towels are supplied.
This quiet area lies in the Northwest of Brooklyn, one of the five boroughs that together make up the city of New York. Perhaps the most evocative image of Brooklyn is the enormous stone and steel span of the nineteenth century Brooklyn Bridge, which dominates the skyline with its huge piers and miles of tensioned cable.
Subway stations linking Brooklyn with Manhattan lie only a short distance from the apartment. The famous Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges link the two boroughs by road, and taxis can be hailed anywhere at any time of the night or day.
