This one bedroom / one bathroom apartment is located on the 11th Floor of a prewar building with full time doorman and laundry facilities in the basement at the West 70's.
The apartment has costom made kitchen and bathroom area. A wonderful apartment if you like prewar details and wood stained moldings. The apartment is meant for a single professional coming to town and in need of a solid place to stay.
Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. Towels and linen are all provided.
Qualified as elegant and stylish for its urban surroundings, this portion of the neighborhood is predominantly residential and as such tends to attract a good portion of New York's cultural elite.
