This one bedroom is located in the East Village on 12th Street between Avenue A and Avenue B, on a block with a park. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a walk up building with security system. When entering the premises, you will find the dining room, living room, bathroom and bedroom on the right side and the kitchen, and a painter's studio on the left side.
This approximately 600 sqf one bedroom is functional and simple, it is restored to value its original feel.
The kitchen is equipped with a european fridge, a small freezer, a stove, and a dishwasher. It also has a washing machine.
The living room is furnished with sofa, a large bookcase and a closet where the TV and VCR can be found. The dining room is separated from the living room by french windows. The living room is furnished with a sofa, and a dining table.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and is brightened by two windows.
Subway: The closest subway stations are 14th Street/1st Avenue where you can catch the L trian and Astor Place (6 trains).
Neighborhood: The East Village still retains its funky and trendy character, and is one of the most fun and popular neighborhoods in the city. There are dozens and dozens of cheap, wonderful ethnic restaurants of every persuasion within a 5-minute walk, as many bars and small clubs, and the greenery of Tompkins Square Park a block away. There are also many boutiques on this block, which makes for terrific shopping.
