TRIBECA: Broadway between Walker and Franklin Street
This is an industrial/art building with a main loft on each floor for live/work purposes. This high ceiling loft studio is on the fourth floor, three straight flights up. The studio loft is accessible by the side entrance. The apartment has exposure to the South and the East.
The apartment consists of one room with high ceilings. The living room is open and comfortable with a Bohemian atmosphere, decorated with vintage furnishings, oriental rug and plants. The space is currently without A/C and curtains. The apartment has nice floor to floor hard wood floors. There is a queen size bed as well as TV with DVD player.
The apartment has been renovated in 2008. The studio loft has an open kitchen in the living room and a huge tiled tub bathroom with washer. New pictures to appear soon.
This neighborhood is one of New York City's trendy hot spots. Residents find specialty shops, including a wonderful French Bakery, excellent restaurants, galleries and boutiques scattered throughout the area. It is fun to explore and Soho is right up the block. Chinatown is to the East, World Financial Center, South Street Seaport, Battery Park, Statue of Liberty, Staten Island Ferry and the Customs House are a pleasant walk South.
Almost every subway stops on Canal Street: 1, A C E, J M N Q, R W Z 6. Taxis are everywhere.
