Nicely furnished one bedroom apartment at the Midtown East Side of Manhattan on First Avenue. Approximately 850 square feet sleeps two people.
Located on the 28th of a high-rise building with an elevator, a full-time doorman and laundry in the basement.
The Living room is furnished with a single bed Futon, a sofa, a dining table with 6 matching chairs. There is also a phone, a cable TV, a stereo and A/C.
The spacious bedroom has a King-size bed with 2 large closets. This room is air-conditioned, with windows that keep the room very bright. Sheets, linens and towels are provided.
The separate kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer and several cupboards. Pots and pans are provided.
The bathroom has a shower/tub. Smoking is not allowed and pets are not accepted.
Transportation: Take the numbers 6, E, F trains to 53rd Street on Lexington Avenue.
