Beautiful one bedroom on Central Park West - Amazing view

Location: Central Park West and 100th Street. Close to 1, 9, 2, 3 at 96th Street and Broadway, and the C, B at 96th Street and Central Park West. Building: Full-time doorman postwar building with gym, laundry facilities and elevator. The building is right in front of Central Park and also has a small park with benches and children's playground. Sleeps a couple with children. Interior: Very clean, quiet and bright one bedroom of approximately 850 sq. ft. with hardwood floors, great light, good closet space, a terrace and amazing views of Central Park and of the Manhattan skyline. Located on the 11th floor. When you enter the light and the views can only stun you. The apartment is extremely clean and the decoration is quite minimal. The living room has a sofa, a coffee table, a TV with DVD player and cable and a large window and French door with access to the terrace. It has a small table with two chairs and an outdoor sofa. On one side of this room is the dining corner with a large wooden dining table that sits six. The bedroom is quite spacious and is very cozy with a queen size bed and a large window with also a view of the Park and the south of the city. The kitchen is modern and newly done. There is a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, coffee maker and plenty of pots and pans. There is plenty of closet space throughout the apartment. The bathroom is very clean and has a shower/tub. Sheets and towels can be provided. Neighborhood: Wonderful dining and very reasonable, terrific markets, shops, tailors and movie houses in the neighborhood. Steps away from Central Park and the park's tennis courts, jogging track, picnic areas and for family with kids, three wonderful playgrounds. A terrific area, close to all transportation such as the B and C trains around the corner of 96th Street and Central Park West, 2, 3 and 9 trains at Broadway and 96th Street. Central Park West around the corner. The Upper West Side, according to many, including Crain's New York Business, four years ago, has replaced the Upper East Side as the most desirable area of Manhattan for living. A few blocks away is Broadway, a popular shopping street, where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, and movie theaters. Transportation is easily accessible with the B and C trains at 96th Street and Central Park West.
