This is a efficiency studio located in Midtown West. In a 6-story building. The building is a walk-up. This studio is located on the 3rd floor. There is a double door security system at the entrance. There are hardwood floors throughout.
The studio is approximately 400 sq. ft. and is furnished with a queen size bed.
There is a small dining area for two persons. The room comes with an entertainment center with a TV. Complimentary wireless Internet access is also available. There is an air conditioning unit to cool the space during the summer.The kitchen area has a microwave, small stove and refrigerator, and comes with a coffeemaker and a toaster. There are pots pans and cooking utensils for the guest. The bathroom has a small bathtub and shower, and all bed linens and towels are provided for the guest.
The apartment is one half block from the A,C, E train lines at 42nd Street. Yellow taxis can be hailed at all times of the day or night.
Please note that this apartment is located 2 block from Times Square and 1 block from Port Authority Bus Terminal and can sometimes be noisy from both foot and auto traffic.

All in all it was a good stay. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment has most of the basic needs covered. It was quite clean when we received it. |

Sorry about the lack of elevator, as is stated in the apartment's description this is a walk-up building and this apartment is only in the 3rd floor.
