Location: New York City, Lexington Avenue, between 31st and 30th Street.
Size: 2 bedroom, 1 bath with an area of approximately 1,800 square feet with 300sf terrace. The apartment comes unfurnished and is residential/commercial.
Building: Convenient Murray Hill area, under the shadow of the Empire State Building, and Gleam of the Chrysler Building. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a privately owned Townhouse. There is no elevator. A charming gated brick courtyard greets you at the entrance. The front door is kept locked and entry is with your own key or for visitors, through an intercom system.
Interior: Well lit and spacious, it has all the conveniences of home/work space. The slcove living area is at the front towards Lexington Avenue, there is a presentation/dining/foyer area in the center of the apartment. Before entering the rear, which could function as a bedroom, you enter the open kitchen with space for dining. The bedroom measures about 300-400sf. The terrace 300sf.
Neighborhood: The neighborhood is convenient to Midtown and Lower Manhattan. There are several delis and coffee shops nearby. There are two grocery stores just one block away, and a vegetable shop two blocks away. Local restaurants include Indian, Japanese, Italian, Chinese, and an American Bar and Grill. A Large movie theatre, Barnes and Nobles, and Staples, are just two blocks away.
Others: The # 6 subway is two blocks away. The bus line stops right across the street. Taxis are always rushing up.
