Large, bright one bedroom in Upper East Side.
|
Family-oriented neighborhood but also good for singles as many restaurants and bars exist on the upper east side.
Doorman building --they are very friendly. There is an elevator and laundry facilities downstairs and good dry cleaner next to the building.
Personal Mailbox key so that you can pick up the mail everyday.
One bedroom with a big queen size comfortable bed and two sets of drawers for clothes and one closet. Lots of light. Sheets, pillows etc. provided
Living room contains a cable television and also have a radio/CD player.
Two phone outlets (one for telephone and one for the computer) local calls are included in the rent but if long distance calls are made I ask the tenant to pay them.
The phone is also an answering machine and has fax and copy capabilities
The kitchen is full with everything, very clean and new and has a big refrigerator, new stove and a good microwave. It comes with plates, dishes etc.
The bathroom is white, clean has a nice bath tub and shower and sink, cabinet and towels are provided
The living room has a couch that opens up into a bed for the guests and is very cozy with a nice carpet and the walls have nice paintings.
It has heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer and can be adjusted from inside so the tenant can choose the temperature.
