Building: Civil War 1850's loft building. Apartment is on third floor overlooking Manhattan skyline and the East River.
Interior: Sunny 1200 sq. ft two bedroom loft apartment (two double beds and two double sofa beds). 12' ceilings. Hardwood floors. Jacuzzi tub/shower with nicely tiled bathroom floor. Pullout sofa bed for guests. Large screen TV/VCR. Open kitchen with dishwasher, stove, and microwave. Ceilings fan in living room and in each bedroom. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner. Each bedroom has large windows overlooking Manhattan skyline and the East River.

Neighborhood: Greenpoint is the newest artist neighborhood in the city. The neighborhood houses people from the art, film, and fashion industries, with an increasing amount of young professionals. There are new restaurants, bars, and health food stores within a 5 minute walk at the intersection of Greenpoint and Manhattan Avenues.
