Cozy bedroom in Bay Ridge

Location: Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, 66th Street between 14th Avenue and Utrecht Avenue.
Size: 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 2-floor house. Approximately 1500 sq. ft.
Building: The house is reached by stepping down a small flight of stairs and entry is gained by opening a gate by key only. There is no buzzer. The house itself is in the back via a small courtyard.
Interior: There are two bedrooms available in this house. They are both upstairs.
The first bedroom is the larger one and is 144 square feet. It has two windows. It is furnished with a bunk bed, a wardrobe closet and a TV.
The second bedroom is 60 square feet. It is furnished with a single bed, a stereo and a cable TV. The room also has air-conditioning.
Internet access is available.
The second floor also contains the bathroom, with tub and shower, to share. The owner (a father with three children) also has their room on the second floor. Downstairs there is the living room and the kitchen to share.
Neighborhood: This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Down the block is a 7-11 and a delicatessen.
Transportation: The D, M and N trains are 4 blocks away and a half-hour ride to Manhattan.
