Several health clubs are in the area, and LA Sports Connection is just 3 blocks away.

The F train is located 4 blocks away, and you can reach the 4/5/6/N/R/W trains at 60th Street and 3rd Avenue. Additionally, the #31 bus stops outside the building and takes you to the West Side of Manhattan on 57th Street (a cross-town bus also is available on 67th Street).
