1 bedroom apartment located in Midtown Manhattan available for young professional who work in the city
Located on 9 Avenue and 51 Street

This prewar walkup building was recently renovated with beautifully carpeted staircase and floors. The apartment is located on the 4 floor of this 5-floor building. The building is secure with a buzzer/ intercom system. When you first enter the apartment you pass your bedroom.

The room measures approximately 100 square feet. The room is furnished with a double size mattress on an open futon. You have a TV with cable connection; a radio and you have a clothes rack where you can hang your clothing. The bathroom is located right next to your room. The bathroom is beautiful with ceramic tiles on the walls. It has a WC, sink, and shower. The kitchen is small and cozy equipped with a stove, toaster oven, sink, refrigerator, freezer and cabinets. The air-conditioned livingroom is 140 square feet and is where the owner sleeps. There is a futon that is closed during the day so you can use it as a coach. There is a HUGE TV (about 60inch) with cable connection. In this room there is also a computer with Internet connection you can use BUT you have to pay a little more a month.

In this neighborhood, you have everything at walking distance. Electronic Stores, hardware stores, paint stores, grocery stores, an Amish Market, Laundromats, Dry Cleaners, Restaraunts for all diverse eating (Chinese, Japanese, Indian Cuisine, Mexican, Brazilian, French, Italian) anything you want just at walking distance.

Trains are also conveniently 2 blocks away C, E trains to 50 Street & 8 Avenue
