Room for rent 1 block from Central Park South

This furnished New York City apartment is located in a recently renovated high-rise in Midtown Manhattan. This luxurious building with a doorman, elevator and laundry facilities has 10 floors with five apartments per floor. The accommodation on the third floor measures over 1,000 square feet and has beautiful hardwood floors and white walls.
Upon entering the apartment, the living room is straight ahead. To the left is a dining table and then a hallway that leads to the second bedroom, the bathroom, and the master bedroom. The kitchen is at the extreme end of the hallway.
The bedroom #1 measures 145 square feet and is fully furnished with a full-size bed (with linens), a desk with a chair, two large private closets and a large steel wall unit for books or personal items. This room has two windows with Venetian blinds and a phone jack. There is an air conditioner, a TV with cable installed, and a cable high-speed Internet connection available.
Next to this bedroom is the master bedroom/bedroom #2. It has four built-in closets and two windows.
Outside the room to the left is the glass-top dining table that leads into the living room. This room, over 300 square feet, is air-conditioned and furnished with Wassily chairs and a black Barcelona sofa. The widescreen flat panel TV with cable is recessed into the wall and provides high quality audio and visual. There is also a stereo/CD player to share. The separate kitchen is located at the other end of the apartment near the owner's room. It is fully equipped with all household appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, sink, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster and cabinets. The kitchen also has a window and there are speakers connected to the TV in there. The bathroom is modern in design. There is a pedestal sink on a wood sink with a glass bowl, a W/C with a fancy seat that serves as a built-in bidet, and a tub with a shower. The bathroom has nice white marble floors and green-and-white tiled walls.
This neighborhood is centrally located and allows tenants to enjoy the true New York experience. Essex House, the hotel where the president sometimes stays when he is in New York, is nearby. Right by Columbus Circle, the apartment is only one block from Central Park South. Hotels nearby are the classy Ritz Carlton, Park Lane and Trump Tower. Broadway, Times Square, Lincoln Center, theatres, musicals, and lots of restaurants recommended by Zagat's to satisfy all taste buds. Central Park, one block away, is a haven in itself with lots of trees, horse carriage and buggy rides, and the lake (in the winter it freezes and makes for great ice skating).
This area of New York is very convenient to most subway lines and buses.
