2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment located on West 125 Street and Broadway.
This apartment is located on the 4 floor of a walk up building with buzzer intercom system. The apartment measures approximately 800 square feet and has off white tiles stretching across the floors. The apartment is large and very clean. When you first enter the apartment you pass bedroom#1, the bathroom and the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, sink, table, cabinets and a cozy round dining table.
Bedroom #1 measures approximately 90 square feet. The bedroom is fully furnished with a twin size bed, a dresser, TV with cable and a fabric closet to hang your clothes. There is a window in the room and a phonejack. Down the long hallway is the furnished livingroom.
The livingroom measures approximately 250 square feet. The livingroom is fully furnished with a sofa, armchair, entertainment center including a 22inch TV with cable and a stereo. The livingroom is very airy due to 1 large window and a ceiling fan offering good air circulation. Right off the livingroom is bedroom#2.
Bedroom#2 measures approximately 140 square feet and is fully furnished with a queensize bed, 1 night table, a dresser with 6 drawers and a fabric closet to hang your clothes. The room has a TV with cable, 2 windows and a phone jack. The apartment is High Speed Internet ready.
The block is lively and the neighborhood is popular with a lot of students and young people moving around. A lot of stores, delis and fast-food restaurants can be found on Broadway.
The train station is on 125 and Broadway (1-9 line). It is a 20-minute ride to Midtown Manhattan.
Buses: M4, M5, M11 run up and down Broadway.
